Task/Problem Overview
This article will discussMarking an Item Non-Returnable.
Subtitle Removing Tax from an Item
To start a user will navigate to Inventory > Inventory Manager > Item Manager and search for the item.
On the Inventory tab, a user will navigate to the middle of the screen, underneath the Comment and Warehouse Msg fields. From here, the user will hover over the Non-Returnable checkbox and deselect the checkmark.
A user can now Save the record to finalize the changes.
